I'm trying to develop a realistic portrait style. The woman on the left was just a random woman I found online, the two on the right are my future sister in-laws. I won't mention their names without their consent. So what do you think guys?

Looking great! Pretty clean linework. :) I'd say the one in the middle came out best.
